Yann Chenet supports, through consultancy and litigation, French and European groups in  the area of digital law, intellectual property law, and commercial law, in particular  in their contractual negotiations and by securing their legal environment and he  assists them in the management  of pre-litigation situations  and in litigation.

He has developed specific expertise in IT, integration, publication, communication or development of innovative solutions, regardless of the business areas in which these solutions are to be used.

He regularly collaborates with the teams of the firm in the context of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, or stake buying, so as to secure, protect and promote intangible assets of the company.

His expertise in IT law has enabled him to be listed by insurance firms and brokers to answer  their policyholders needs.
