Client profile : Small and medium-sized businesses (SMB), International and French Corporate groups, Companies’ CEO and COO.

Job description: Providing legal assistance and counseling, drafting legal subissions and legal consultations, setting strategies before litigation, managing and leading litigation cases.

Main field of expertise: distribution, competition law, commercial law, manufacturer’s liability law.

Skills : Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law; experiences in litigation in commercial law (2 to 3 years of experience) ; rigorous and flexibility.

Languages : English and French fluent
