Rupert Windeler is a specialist in commercial law,with a dual qualification in Anglo-Saxon and French legal systems. He is notably involved in international and cross-border transactions, for French clients and foreign groups with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring, intellectual property, insurance and cross-border litigation.

He supports an international client base in France and abroad, present across a range of business sectors and, particularly, in the luxury, insurance and financial technology sectors.
